Below is my imagination,
Akai used to play tennis with Amuro, one day Akai asked Amuro the question, what will these hands do?
And you know what happened later, Akai turns a FBI, while Amuro a BO member, their hands may hurt the other in the future, though I don't like to see that happen...

Aw this is so cute! :D I'm sure these two were friends at one time, before they became enemies... and I agree, I wouldn't like to see them fight either. :(
